Smoked Samon/Angel Hair Pasta

Almost "Too Easy" Angel Hair Pasta"

Ingredients

6 oz angel hair pasta
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup mile (whole milk works better)
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp grated lemon peel
4 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
Salt & Paper
Freshly-grated Parmesan to top
Crusty bread

Directions

Boil pasta per package - set a side

In small heavy sauce pan, combine whipping cream, milk, dill, onions, and lemon peel

Boil over medium-high heat

Add sauce to pasta: toss well to coat evenly

Add alamon and toss to mix in

Seaon with salt and pepper, top with freshly grated parmessan and serve with with warm, crusty bread
