100% Whole Wheat Bread

Description

(Grinding finer flour, makes your break lighter.)

Ingredients

12 oz. water
1/3 C. Olive Oil
1/3 C. Honey
1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
4 1/2 to 5 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1 packet yeast (2 1/4 tsp)

Directions

Great for bread makers. Add ingredients in same order as above and set bread maker/mix, kneed, let rise, kneed a second time, & let rise a second time. Bake @ 375 for a loaf or 400 for dinner rolls. Makes great pizza dough too! (Secrets for bread making, measuring is very important!)
