Lemon Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients

1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 small pkg lemon instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. cold water
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Glaze:
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Beat all ingredients for the bread together for 4 minutes. Spread into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When bread come out of the oven, spread the top with the lemon glaze.
