Mom's Yummy Potatoes

Description

A cake pan full of great potatoes.
Yumm

Ingredients

1 large bag frozen chunk or shredded hash browns
/OR
8 medium potatoes boiled with skin on until done then cooled and shredded.

1 can cream chicken soup
3/4 pint sour cream
2 C Cheddar cheese
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients except save

1C of cheddar cheese for the top.

Put into 9x13 cake pan (if you're careful you can mix it in the cake pan)

Put tin foil on top and bake at 350 for 60 min.

Take off tin foil and put on the remaining 1 C of cheese and put back into the oven until melted.
