My favorite chocolate cake
Ingredients
1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
Confectioner's sugar
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, cocoa, milk, and eggs. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan (Bundt cake pan). Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
