Description

Chicken & Rice Dinner

Ingredients

1 can cream of soup - your choice - I like celery soup
1 1/4 can of water
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 cup rice

chicken - do not use frozen chicken - thaw before using

Directions

Mix together soup, water, onion soup mix

Add rice - stir

Put in baking pan

Add Chicken on top - cover with foil tightly.

Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I like to use thighs - moist and easy to remove from bones when ready to eat.
