Description

Microwave chocolate cake-big enough for 2-when you're craving chocolate cake, but don't want to make a whole one

Ingredients

1 Mug
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 egg
3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. chocolate chips
Splash of vanilla

Directions

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla. Put in microwave and cook for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug. Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
