New York Cheesecake

Description

My favorite desert!

Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbs sugar
3 Tbs melted butter

Filling:
4(8oz.)pkgs Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar
3 Tbs flour
1 Tbs vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream


Directions

Crust:

-mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of a 9inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Filling:

-Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing at low speed after each addition, Just until blended.

-blend in sour cream; pour over crust.

-Heat oven to 325F. Bake for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rum of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Topping:

I like to use fresh or frozen berries!
