Tuna Salsa Wraps

Description

These are a great for a quick fresh lunch instead of the traditional ham and cheese sandwich. And you can make the mix and keep it in the fridge for a couple days to make wraps quick and easy.

Ingredients

7 oz. Tuna
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup salsa
1/4 Cup shredded carrots
Salt and Pepper

6 10-12 inch flour tortillas
1 1/2 Cups shredded lettuce
3/4 Cup mild shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients in the order given, mixing well to create a "tuna salsa" mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

Warm each tortilla. On the center of each tortilla, place an equal portion of the shredded lettuce, tuna mixture and top each with a pinch of shredded cheese. Fold the long end of the tortilla over ingredients and roll tightly.
