Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup of sugar.
1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 cup oil.
1 cup scolded milk (heated to 180°) or powdered milk
1/2 cup warm water
2 eggs
~4 cups additional flower as needed
Directions
Mix all your dry ingredients together. While mixing slow slowly add water, oil, and milk until smooth. Add eggs and additional flour until it makes a very soft dough. You may need to use more or less flower so don’t add it all at once. If using a stand mixer with a dough hook, mix until the sides no longer stick to the bowl. The bottom will probably still stick as it is a wet dough. Mix for about 8 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a grease bowl until it has doubled, about 45 minutes. Shape the dinner rolls and place onto a walled cookie sheet pan covered with a dish towel and let rise until doubled. You should be able to make 20 rolls on a sheet (cut the dough in half two times, then fifths).
Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes
