Country Gravy

Ingredients

2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp fat dripping if cooking meat + butter to make the full amount
2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Measure out two tablespoons of fat drippings if you cooked meat. You can supplement with butter if you don’t have enough or just use butter. Add flour and whisk cooking over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until it doesn’t have a raw flour smell.

Whisking constantly slowly add milk. Once fully incorporated continue to whisk occasionally and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
