Ingredients
14 oz package extra firm tofu
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup corn starch
1 tsp smoke paprika (save for mixing with cornstarch)
Directions
Press tofu for 30 minutes or until most moisture is removed being careful not to break or crack it. Freeze tofu and then let if fully thaw and press again.
In a medium bowl mix soy sauce, oil and seasonings. Tear the tofu into nugget sized chunks and toss in the mixture. Then add corn starch and additional smoke paprika (1 tsp) and toss until evenly coated.
Spread tofu onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
