Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

4 Medium sweet potatoes
1 cup milk
1 TBS. Cinnamon
1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed

optional toppings: pomegranate, pecans, berries, walnuts, almond butter, yogurt, etc.

Directions

1. Wash sweet potatoes. Poke 2-3 holes in each with fork

2. Place sweet potatoes in multicooker; cook on high pressure 15 minutes, then let steam naturally release 10 min.

3. Remove skin from sweet potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add milk, cinnamon and flaxseed. mash together until smooth.
