Ingredients
2 packs plain Udon
Boil for 3 min then drain
Add 2/3 cup peanut butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup of water or chicken broth
1 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp red pepper flake or 1 tsp hot chili oil
