Most Dangerous Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 coffee mug
4 tbs flour (plain, not self-rising)
4 tbs sugar
2 tbs baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tbs milk
3 tbs. oil
3 tbs. chocolate chips (optional) I like it better with choc. chips
nuts (optional)
small splash of vanilla

Directions

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the mil and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again. Put your mug in the microvwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to coool a little, and tip out onto a plate, top with icecream or cool whip. (This can serve 2 if you want to share)
