Corn Chowder

Ingredients

Onion
Sausage
Celery
2 -3 Cans of Cream Corn
1 - 2 cans or Frozen Corn
Potatoes
Carrots
Vegetable Broth and Water
Heavy Cream or Half-n-Half

Directions

Saute Sausage, add onions and celery and cook until tender

Boil Potatoes and Carrots until soft but they keep their shape. Note-use the water from the can corn and broth. Large Pot will be needed DO NOT DRAIN

Add Sausage mixture, Cream Corn, and Canned Corn to Potatoes, Carrots, and Broth.

Season and Simmer for 20 minutes

Seasoning Ideas, Parley, Sage, Basel, Oregon, Thyme, No Salt Seasoning from Costco, Garlic, Paprika. Be Creative.... Don't forget Salt and Pepper

Add Heavy Cream or Half-n- Half,

Heat and Serve
