tablespoon kosher salt

whole chicken (2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, 2 wings)

egg white

quarts neutral oil, for frying
Directions
Mix all the spices. I grind them in a mortar. Add spices to flour and whisk. Put egg white in a bowl. Dip chicken in the egg whites then coat with flour. Fry in oil at 350 deg till golden brown.
