Pancakes with Banana Maple Pecan sauce

Ingredients

Pancakes:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Banana Maple Sauce:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 ripe medium-sized bananas, cut into slices
1/2 chopped pecans
1/4 cup light maple syrup

Directions

Pancakes: Mix dry ingredients together with a wisk. Add dry ingredients and mix together. Mix until some lumps are still present.

Banana Maple Sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Add the brown sugar and stir until incorporated. Add the bananas, pecans and maple syrup and cook for 2 minutes.
