Description

This is THE perfect crust every time.

Ingredients

1 C warm water
1 pkg yeast
pinch of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbl sugar
2 Tbl oil or butter

Directions

Put the yeast and pinch of sugar into the 1 cup of warm water. Start mixing all the other ingredients in a bowl. After mixing that as best as you can add in the water and yeast mix. As you are mixing the dough should form into a bill soft ball. If the mix is too sticky add a little more flour. Put the ball into a bowl and cover with a wet cloth. Let it rise and double in size. If you want thin crust roll out now. If you want a fluffy crust pound down the dough and let it rise and double again. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, I use some flour and a good handful of cornmeal. Thats what most pizza places have on the bottom of pizza. Good luck trying to roll out a perfect circle, I can't yet. But the crust is good every time. And to make a healthier pizza, try turkey pepperoni, it's delicious!
