Mom's Pad Thai Chicken (for 2)

Makes enough for 2 people Double recipe for more.

I think you could change vegetables to your liking.

Ingredients

Sauce
2T yogart
3t ketchup
1T honey
1t housing sauce
1/4t sesame oil
1/2t garlic powder
1/2t graded ginger
1/2t salt

4oz. Chicken
1/4C chopped zucchini
1/4 C red bell pepper
1/4C asparagus

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients and mix. Set aside Saute chicken until done. Add peppers and onions and zucchini. I added asparagus because I needed to use it up. Saute until tender and add the sauce. Serve with Quinoa. 1 part Quinoa to 2 parts water. Make like rice.
