Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

1 box Lemon cake mix
1 egg, Lightly beaten
2 Cups Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz. container)
1/2 to 1 Cup Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky! 3. Form dough into tablespoon size balls and roll in powdered sugar 4. Bake for 8-10 min, until the edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 min on baking sheet; then remove to wilre rack to cool completely
