Ingredients
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 strips of bacon cut into small pieces
3 baby bok choy
2 carrots diced small
1 cup rice
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Stir fry bacon until lightly cooked and fragrant. Add rice and cook for another minute or two. Add bok choy and carrots and continue cooking for two more minutes. Place mixture into rice cooker and add two cups of water. Season with salt when done if desired.
