Quicker Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients

Dough:
4 tsp Instant Yeast
1/4 C. Milk (Warm to 110 degrees)
1 tsp Sugar

2 3/4 C. Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 1/2 tsp Salt
5 tsp Sugar
2 Tbs Melted Unsalted Butter
1 C. Milk (Roomtemp)

Filling:
3/4 C. Light Brown Sugar (Lightly Packed)
1/4 C. Sugar
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Melted Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Icing:
3 oz. Soften Cream Cheese
2 Tbs Melted Unsalted Butter
2 Tbs Milk
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 C. Powder Sugar

Directions

- Combine Yeast, 1/4 C. warm milk, 1tsp sugar. Let sit for about 5 min until yeast is frothy.

-Prepare the filling while you wait for the Yeast: Combine Brown Sugar, Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt. Mix together then add Melted butter and Vanilla. Set aside.

- Combine dry ingredients for the dough. Flour, Baking Powder, salt, sugar. Then add the yeast, melted butter, and 1 cup milk at room temp.

- Knead briefly for about 2 min.

- Roll into a 12 x 9 rectangle. Mark 1/2in on one side of the dough that you will not coat in butter or filling

- brush 2 Tbs melted butter on top and spread topping. Roll the dough up tightly and pinch together the 1/2 you left free of topping to the roll.

-Spray round cake pan the line with parchment. Spray Parchment.

- Cut dough in half and half again until you have 8 buns.

- Place center bun in the pan first then the others around it....seam inside.

- brush top with another 2 Tbs Melted butter

- Cover with plastic and let rise for 30min.

- Preheat Oven at 350 and bake for 23min.

- Let cool for about 5min then remove from pan. Add icing.

Icing Directions. - Mush Soften Cream Cheese the add Melted butter, Milk, salt, vanilla. Whisk together until there are no lumps. Then Slowly whisk in Powder Sugar until no lumps.
