Ingredients
40g or 1 1/2 oz fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup romano or pecorino cheese, grated
1/4 cup pine nuts toasted
1/2 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves toasted and pealed
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Toast the pine nuts and garlic.
Using a blender or a food processor Add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Let stand for one hour.
