Portobello Mushroom Pizzas

Ingredients

Large whole Portobello Mushrooms
Tomato paste
Italian seasoning (dried herbs)
Bell pepper (diced)
Onion (diced)
Tomatoes (diced)
Pepper Jack cheese (shredded)

Optional Ingredients
Cooked sausage, Ham, or other meats you would like on a pizza.

Directions

Remove stems from mushrooms. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste and spread it inside the mushroom. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, add bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, optional ingredients, and pepper jack cheese on top.

Place on an oiled rimmed cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
