My niece, Lexi Bailey shared this recipe with me. Super yummy treat and very easy to make.

Ingredients

2 boxes Funfetti cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 container of cake icing

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil. Roll cookie dough into small balls. Bake in preheated oven on cookie sheet for 7-8 minutes. Let cool. Use small amount of cake icing to create sandwich using two cookies.
