Ingredients
1 can Swanson chicken, drained
3 cups broccoli, chopped
1 can chicken broth (14.5 ounces)
2 cups instant rice
8 ounces Velveeta cheese
3 tbsp. white onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil broccoli, onion and broth. Add rice, stir. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, stir in cheese chunks. Cover 5 minutes, stir until cheese is melted add chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
