Description
This marinade is a great addition to lamb chops or lamb & veggies for kebabs.
Ingredients
1/2 c basalmic vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1 chopped onion
2 T minced garlic
1/2 bunch fresh italian parsley
1 T dried oregano
2 T dried basil or a good handful if fresh
1&1/2 t Salt
1/4 t black Pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients in a large plastic zipper bag
Add lamb chops or cubed boneless lamb kebab meat. Mix all to cover the meat well and turn every hour for at least 2 hours prior to grilling on a hot charcoal grill or broiler (3-5 minutes per side).
For kebabs, you can use the same marinade for the grilled vegetables (zuchinni, yellow squash, cherry tomato, bell peppers, mushrooms, & cubed eggplant are my favorites), marinate for 30 minutes prior to making kebabs!
