Description

Great appetizer for game day or any gathering. Double recipe for 10+ guest. This dip will go quick.

Ingredients

4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
11 ounce can sweet corn, drained
1-2 jalapenos finely minced
3/4 cup chopped green onion
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel Mild diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
dash of hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium serving bowl. Chill in refrigerator before serving. Serve with Frito's corn chips or tortilla chips.
