Ingredients

4 sirloin steaks
6 Tbsp. tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown vinegar
2 onions, sliced
1 small tin/can strained button mushrooms
Salt & pepper
Paprika

Directions

Season the steaks well. Mix the remaining ingredients together and marinade the steaks for at least 1 hour. BBQ the steaks to your liking and put aside to keep warm. Heat the marinade in a frying pan and pour over the steaks. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas
