Description
Recipe was found on a bottle of Great Value soy sauce.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
3/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is cooked, 3 to 4 minutes.
Combine orange juice, soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl. Add to chicken in skillet or walk.
Stir-fry 2 to 4 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
