Description
Makes approximately six servings. This recipe was taken from the back of the stove top stuffing mix box.
Ingredients
One package (6 oz) stovetop traditional sage stuffing mix
1-1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
One can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
One bag of 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13 x 9" baking dish; top with the stuffing.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through to 165°F.
