Description
Move over Olive Garden, this rich tasty dish is pretty quick to prepare and tastes amazing!
Ingredients
1 jar white alfredo sauce
1 box linguini pasta (I use whole wheat), cooked
2 t. chopped garlic cloves
1 small white onion, finely chopped
3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 c. chopped fresh spinach
2 chicken breasts, browned or grilled & chopped
Directions
Saute the garlic, onion, spinach in a pan over medium heat with the olive oil until the spinach is wilted and onions are transparent. Add the already cooked chicken chunks and stir over the heat for about 30 seconds.
Pour the jar of alfredo sauce in the pan and mix together. Pour sauce over cooked noodles, and enjoy!
