Description
Classic Peach Pie. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
4 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen thawed)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. cream
2 T. cornstarch
2 eggs, slightly beaten
dash of nutmeg
Prepared pie crust (pillsbury frozen kind)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into raw crust. Top with latticed crust. Bake 15 min at 400, then 35-40 min more at 350.
