Description
A deliciously decadent and guilt free dessert! No added sugar other than agave nectar, and gluten free.
Ingredients
Brownie Bits:
1/3 c. walnuts (soaked overnight and rinsed)
1/3 c. raisins
2 T. cocoa
pinch sea salt
Chocolate Chunks:
2 T. coconut oil, melted
2 T. agave nectar
1 T. cocoa
Ice Cream:
6 bananas, sliced & frozen
1 c. almond milk
1 t. vanilla
3 T. cocoa
pinch sea salt
Directions
Chop the brownie bit ingredients, form a ball 1/4 inch thick and refrigerate.
Stir together chocolate chunk ingredients, spread on wax paper and refrigerate.
Puree ice cream ingredients, then freeze in a container.
When ice cream is frozen, scoop some in a bowl and top with brownie bits and chocolate chunks.
