Description
Rich and flavorful tomato soup.
Ingredients
3 tomatoes
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 med onion
4 T. Olive Oil
1 T. basil
salt & pepper
red pepper flakes
Directions
Blend in a food processor. Serve raw and cold, or saute veges first, then puree.

Is there a preferred type of onion you use when making the soup? Red, yellow or white?
