Christy's Gooey Potato Casserole

Description

Batch is big enough to make two pans, freeze one and bake one. Always a favorite at potlucks!

Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes, crushed mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

Thaw potatoes. Combine with the rest of the ingredients, except corn flake mixture. Spread into 9x13pan and sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake 350 for 45 min.
