Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Directions

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients separately and mix with wet ingredients. Grease a pan and pour batter in. Bake 350 for 25-30 min.
