Description
Super energy booster with a lemony kick.
Ingredients
1 bunch kale
4 stalks celery
1 cucumber
2 granny smith apples
1/2 lemon
1 inch ginger root
Directions
Wash all produce. Cut off ends. Put them through a juicer (I use a Jack LaLane juicer). Drink fresh or store in refrigerator covered for 24 hours. Nutrients diminish over time, so keep dark and cold if not drinking right away.
