Vegan Fudge Coolers

Description

Frozen fudgy popsicles without the fat.

Ingredients

3 c. bananas cut into 1" pieces
2/3 c. non dairy milk (soy, almond, coconut, rice)
3 T. cocoa powder
3 T. turbinado sugar (or agave, honey, maple syrup)
2 t. vanilla

Directions

In a food processor combine all ingredients to form a smooth puree. Fill popsicle molds (or dixie cups) and insert sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Makes about 8 pops.
