Texas Caviar

Ingredients

1 of each bell pepper (4 total)
1\2 of a large red onion
1 tbsp of minced garlic
3 to 4 tbsp of Chipotle seasoning
1 can black beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can chili pinto beans
1 can white hominy
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
8 to 10 oz of Italian salad dressing
1-2 jalapenos

Directions

Dice peppers and onion, blend jalapenos to a paste, drain all canned ingredients, mix all Ingredients in large bowl, and refrigerate for at least an hour, the longer the better

Once I realized there were no fish eggs in it, it was pretty good!
