Breakfast smoothie

Description

Sweet green smoothie with cinnamon and vanilla taste.

Ingredients

1 small ripe avocado
1 banana
1 cup almond milk (or soy, or coconut, or cow milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

Blend in a blender or food processor. Add ice to make it more "smoothy-like" if desired. Refigerate for up to 4 hours.
