Description
Great side dish during the warmer months. Goes with just about any grilled, broiled, or fried meat dish.
To serve this as a main dish or to make it a bit heartier, just add in pepperoni slices.

Ingredients
2 large cucumbers (quarter diced)
1/2 pint of grape tomatoes (cut into halves)
1/4 red onion (diced)
1 can of black olives (whole and drained)
1 packet of Italian dressing (dry)
2 tablespoons of apple cide vinegar
1/4 cup of water
salt and pepper to taste (if desired).
1/4 cup of feta cheese.
Directions
Place cucumbers, black olives, grape tomatoes, and diced red onions in a large bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the Italian dressing dry packet with 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup of water, blending all ingredients together.
Pour dressing over vegetables and add in feta cheese (adding more to your taste). Mix everything together thoroughly and place in fridge until nicely chilled or overnight if serving the next day.
