Vegan Hummus

Description

Homemade hummus for a fraction of the price! Great with pita chips.

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
dash of cumin or curry or turmeric
dash of cayenne

Directions

Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add water or more EVOO if it is too dry. Store in refrigerator.
