Vegan Cookie Dough Dip

Description

Chocolate chip cookie dough that you can feel good about eating the entire batch raw! Add as much or as little sweetener as you like, and even make it sugar free.

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained
4-5 T. oats or flaxmeal
1/4 cup nut butter (almond butter is best)
1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)
4 T maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey. Can use up to 1/4 cup brown sugar if desired.
2 t. pure vanilla extract
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. baking soda
(optional- 1/3 c. carob, cocoa nibs or chocolate chips)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix in. Use carob chips if you really want to make it healthy.

Serve chilled with graham crackers to dip in it.
