frosting for ginger bread house

Ingredients

2 egg whits
2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
2 teaspoons of cream of tartar (White powdered in spice dept.)

Directions

Beat eggs whiltes till peaking and stiff- add powdered sugar and then peppermint extract

Lastly add cream of tartar.

(May need more powdered sugar.)

Icing dries quickly so cover with very damp cloth.
