Bailey's Irish Cream Choc. cake

Description

Instead of choc.cake mix , you can use a yellow cake mix. Then use Rum instead of Baileys Irish Cream. IT is strong, but very good.

Ingredients

Choc. cake mix , a small pkg. of instant choc. pudding,1/2 cup water,1/2 cup Baileys Irish cream,1/2cup oil, 4 eggs. For the syrup: 1cup sugar,1/4 cup water,1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream, 1 stick of butter.

Directions

For the cake, Mix up the first six ingredients Bake in a bunt pan or angel food cake pan at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. When it is done let cool for around 10 min. and put syrup ingredients in a pan and stir until melted and well blended. Poke holes all over cake and pour syrup over cake and let set for an hour . The cake will absorb the syrup and be very moist. Please use real butter, it always is the best for baking.
