By: Kristen Bailey

Ingredients

2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkg dry yeast
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cooking oil
6-7 cups flour

Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit for a minute or two. Add sugar and salt. Mix. Add the cooking oil, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour and beat until smooth. Stir in 3 more cups of flour. Begin kneading the dough, adding the final cup of flour. If the dough seems too sticky, knead more flour, a 1/4 to 1/2 cup at a time. Let dough rest for 12-20 minutes. Roll dough into rectangle 24-30 inches long by 16 inches wide. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Starting with the wide end roll into a log. Cut cinnamon rolls into equal slices. Place into greased 9X13 pan. Put in a warm place to rise for 45 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown in 350 degree oven. Frost with favorite cream cheese frosting while they are still warm.
