Italian Herb and Olive Oil Bread

Description

Italian Herb and Olive Oil Bread. Ideal for a breadmaker.

Ingredients

1.5 cups water, room temp
0.5 cups extra virgin olive oil
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon dried Italian Herb mix (for example, as sold at Samsclub)
2 teaspoons active dry/instant yeast

Directions

Add all ingredients to the bread machine bowl in order listed. If using delay, be sure yeast doesn't touch the liquid ingredients. Use the standard/white bread cycle. Creates a 2 lb loaf.
