Hamburger Enchiladas

Cheesey Good
Good with chips and salsa
Can be baked in oven or in crock pot

Ingredients

1# Hamburger
1Can Mild Enchilada Sauce
1Can Cream of Chicken soup
1C Mild Cheddar Cheese
8 to 10 tortillas shells(fajita size)

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain fat

In a med size bowl add 1 Can Enchilada sauce and 1 can cream of chicken soup, mix

Pour about 1/3 of the mixture into the hamburger

1/3 into the bottom of a baking pan or crock pot

Take the shells and place two heaping T of the hamburger mixture on the shell. Add some cheese on top and roll up placing the end in the bottom of crock pot/Or baking dish.

Do this to 8 to 10 shells (depends on how much you fill them)

Pour the remaining 1/3 of sauce mixture on top and top with cheese.

I baked them in the crock pot 2 hours on low.

If you bake in oven,

I think 1 hr in the oven covered with tin foil would be good. They just have to heat up and melt the cheese.
